Exercise and Feeling Good

I never realized how much a work out would boost my spirits and make me a happier person.  For the past two weeks, I have been working out to a program called T25.  I love it.  It is high intensity but using your own body strength to gain strength.  Since I am starting out very weak, I have been taking it very slowly.  I am excited with the changes that I am making in my life.  And I'm feeling good for them.  Here is to another week of working out at 6am or so in the morning.
