Well I guess keeping up an excise routine really does need someone checking on you or as they have termed it... accountability. After exercising 5 days a week for 5 weeks I ended up stopping because of travel. And it is so hard to get going again.
So yesterday I started exercising again with my hubby. I am going to try 6 days a week of only 30 min. I think I can do it.
My goal is to eat more fruits and vegies and exercise 6 days a week.
Yesterday was tiring as we did a lot of packing and running up and down stairs beyond our 30 min of exercise.
Today I had to push the hubby out of bed in order to get up to exercise. But we did it and there is more packing to come today.
I will be documenting here for my accountability. As well as entering it into fitness pal.
